01 · Status
A finalized or paid status means the prop firm approved the request and sent the money. Pending means requested but not yet approved. I only count finalized payouts.
02 · Source
E8 Markets issued the certificate of performance. The payout dashboards, payout history and finalized payout tables come from the firms I trade with, including Tradeify and Topstep. Account IDs, dates and firm branding are left visible so you can match every row to a firm.
03 · Environment
Prop firm evaluations and many funded accounts are simulated environments. The firm pays under its own rules and at its own discretion, and payouts can be delayed, reduced or refused. That is true for me and it will be true for you.
04 · Context
I built this over several years with a quantitative finance background, significant screen time and real financial risk. It is not typical and it does not predict your result. Most people who trade lose money.
Why I Publish This
I teach exactly what I trade. The strategy in the mentorship is the same strategy behind every payout on this page. Nothing on this page comes from a student's account.
Screenshots can be faked, which is why I keep dates, account IDs, firm branding and certificate numbers visible, and why the main page shows my students' records separately from mine, each marked results not typical.

Guarantee, program, billing and refunds. Where a program is advertised with a conditional guarantee (for example: if you do not receive any payout, we refund 100% of the program fee you paid us), that refund applies only under the written conditions provided at purchase, including completing the curriculum, following the taught risk rules, trading the taught strategy in at least one prop firm evaluation or funded account during the refund period without receiving a payout, providing complete trading records on request, and submitting a written request to jjsimontrades@gmail.com before the refund period stated at purchase ends. Refunds never include prop firm fees, broker losses, tools or other costs. Paid programs are digital services that begin immediately on purchase; except as stated in Section 07 of our Terms or required by law, all sales are final. Pricing, inclusions and any installment or renewal schedule are shown at checkout before you enter payment details. Installment plans are a commitment to the full program price. Payments are processed by Whop or the processor named at checkout.
